Latex is a vinyl latex copolymer emulsion based paint with good covering power for indoor walls and ceilings. It is intended for applications which require good quality and advantageous economy. Latex is resistant to the alkalinity of concrete and saponification. It tolerates application to slightly damp concrete without peeling, as it allows the moisture to pass through. It adheres properly, is easy to apply & gives a smooth matt finish that helps obscure the surface irregularities. It is non-toxic, non-flammable, retards the spread of flame not washable & gives no disagreeable odour. Spreads freely and evenly without any brush marks or laps.
