Solvent-based, pigmented solvent-based alkyd resin primers formulated to satisfy the porosity of substrate and provide a solid base and good intercoat adhesion between the substrate and the topcoat. A major advantage is their capability to bind and strengthen the particles of chalking surfaces, and act as primer conditioners to insure good penetration and proper bonding properties. PRIMO UNDERCOAT flows properly, and render􀁖 a uniform finish free from sagging or lap marks with good sealing properties. Can be top coated with alkyd or latex emulsion based paints.
